What a HydCabs.com cab costs in Hyderabad and what is included in the fare.
Local packages start at ₹1,600 for 8 hrs / 80 km in a hatchback and ₹1,900 in a sedan. Airport transfers start at ₹900 (hatchback) and ₹1,100 (sedan) one way. Outstation trips are billed per kilometre: ₹11/km hatchback, ₹13/km sedan, ₹17/km SUV and ₹22/km van, with a 250 km per day minimum. Sightseeing packages run ₹1,500 (half day) to ₹2,400 (full day), one-way drops are billed per kilometre with no return fare, and hourly rentals start from 2 hours.
Local cabs are sold as packages: 8 hrs / 80 km starts at ₹1,600 (hatchback), ₹1,900 (sedan), ₹2,600 (SUV) and ₹3,800 (Tempo Traveller), with 12 hrs / 120 km also available. Point-to-point drops within Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Cyberabad are quoted per trip. Extra hours and kilometres beyond the package are billed at the rate stated in your confirmation.
A half-day city tour (5 hrs / 50 km) starts at ₹1,500 and a full-day tour (10 hrs / 100 km) at ₹2,400, covering Charminar, Golconda Fort, Salar Jung Museum and Hussain Sagar. A Ramoji Film City round trip starts at ₹3,200 including driver waiting; entry tickets and meals are extra. Custom itineraries are quoted on request.
One-way transfers to or from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Shamshabad) start at ₹900 (hatchback), ₹1,100 (sedan), ₹1,700 (SUV) and ₹2,600 (van). The fare includes tolls on the airport route and free waiting for arrivals — your pickup is adjusted automatically if the flight is delayed.

Hourly rentals start from 2 hours and are ideal for meetings, errands and shopping runs across the city. Rates follow the vehicle class — hatchback, sedan, SUV or van — and your confirmation states the hourly rate plus the extra-hour and extra-km rate, so extending the rental mid-trip is simple.
Local and airport fares include the vehicle, driver and fuel for the quoted hours and kilometres. Tolls, parking and interstate permits are charged at actuals and are always disclosed before you confirm the booking.
Trips running between 10 PM and 6 AM, and outstation trips with an overnight stay, carry a driver allowance. The exact amount is quoted upfront — there are no surprise additions at the end of the trip.
Beyond your booked package, extra hours and kilometres are billed at the rate quoted at booking time (for example, a sedan beyond 8 hrs / 80 km is billed per extra hour and per extra km). Your confirmation message always states these rates.

Cancellations inside the free window cost nothing. Late cancellations — within 4 hours of a city ride or 24 hours of an outstation trip — may attract a nominal fee to cover the assigned driver's commitment. The fee, if any, is always stated in your booking confirmation.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call as early as possible and we will adjust the schedule or route. Fare changes, if any, are confirmed with you before the trip starts.
Nothing to do on your side — we track your flight and adjust the airport pickup automatically. Free waiting is included for arrivals, so a delayed landing costs you nothing extra.
How and when you pay for your ride.
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash to the driver, and bank transfer for corporate and multi-day bookings. Payment details are shared in your booking confirmation.
Most city and airport rides need no advance — you pay at the end of the trip. For outstation and multi-day bookings, a small advance confirms the vehicle; the balance is paid as per the schedule in your quote.
